Things to do in Nevada City

Growing and foraging mushrooms are popular things to do in Nevada City. After successfully growing chestnut mushrooms in my kitchen, I set up a 10’x10′ grow tent in my garage to see how well that works. It turned out to be much more involved than I was planning, but it worked. I only put three substrate blocks in the tent, but after a couple of weeks, I’m harvesting my first flush today.
