I wanted to share my experience working with Paul. We were actually given a contact by a friend who then referred us to Paul because they were out of town. This ended up being a stroke of luck for us because Paul was the best realtor I have ever dealt with. His list of positive attributes is long but I’d have to say that the main few that stood out to us was his easygoing nature, honesty, responsiveness and ability to see clarity through murky communication. Any real estate transaction can quickly go south with ineffective communication and Paul was a professional at making sure everyone remained on the same page. When we began looking for a house, we wanted an agent who is local - someone from the area who knows the area well. Paul Smith is that kind of person. In practice, he shows a lot of professionalism and concern for the needs of his clients. Throughout our transaction, he demonstrated that he is very conscientious, supports and valued his clients, and is always available to answer any questions or concerns. Finally, Paul has a personal touch that makes his clients feel important. He communicates important information, looks out for his clients when he negotiates on their behalf, and even continues helping his clients after the transaction closes.
